At Rovio, part of the SEGA family and the studio behind the globally recognized Angry Birds franchise, we create entertainment that reaches millions of players every day. We are now looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help shape Red’s Club, our direct-to-consumer loyalty program that connects players more deeply with our games and drives engagement through our webshop.
What is this role?
This is a full-time, senior-level Product Marketing Manager position based in Espoo, Finland. The role follows a hybrid work model with two on-site days each week and focuses on growing player loyalty through data-informed marketing across in-game, email, and web channels.
What will you do?
- Work with game teams to create integrated marketing concepts and in-game activations that align with the player journey and strengthen engagement with Red’s Club.
- Plan, test, and refine email marketing initiatives by defining user journeys, applying segmentation, and tracking measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate the development of creative assets and content for multiple touchpoints while partnering with analytics teams to set KPIs and evaluate impact on engagement, conversion, and retention.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring demonstrated experience in product marketing, CRM, or growth marketing, preferably within games, entertainment, or digital products. You understand core principles such as segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle marketing, and you have planned, executed, and measured campaigns across in-game, email, and web channels. Comfort working with structured data, metrics, and tools like CRM or analytics platforms is essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills in English for presenting insights to stakeholders. Experience in gaming, mobile, or ecommerce, familiarity with player engagement strategies, and hands-on practice with A/B testing or campaign tracking are considered valuable additions.
