At Piermont Bank, we are on a mission to redefine the speed and face of modern finance. Since our founding in 2019, we have operated as a tech-enabled digital commercial bank, bridging the gap between traditional banking and the agile world of fintech. We pride ourselves on being the primary banking partner for the fintech ecosystem, and we are constantly building products that serve the needs of today's digital economy. If you are someone who thrives in a purpose-driven environment and wants to help us shape the future of banking, you will find a home here with our collaborative team.
The opportunity
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be the backbone of our outreach strategy and product campaigns. You will own our marketing infrastructure, ensuring that our systems are not only functional but optimized for growth. By working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, you will help translate complex banking initiatives into clear, effective campaigns that resonate with our audience. This is a chance to influence our market presence while working at the intersection of finance and technology.
A day in the life
- You will oversee our CRM platform, taking full ownership of data integrity, system maintenance, and the continuous improvement of our marketing workflows.
- You will design and execute product marketing campaigns, keeping a close eye on performance metrics to ensure we are hitting our strategic goals.
- You will manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure all project deliverables are executed on time and align with our brand standards.
Who you are
You are a mid-level professional with 3 to 5 years of experience specifically within the banking or fintech sectors. You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, and you possess a deep understanding of banking products and the compliance landscape. You are a natural project manager who can juggle multiple complex initiatives without losing focus. You communicate with clarity, even when dealing with intricate topics, and you are comfortable using data to solve problems. Because we move quickly, you bring a startup mentality and a bias toward action. Proficiency in English is essential for this role, and experience with marketing automation software or quantitative analysis is a significant advantage.
Why you'll love it here
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $120,000. Beyond your base pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401k plan. You may also be eligible for bonuses or incentives as part of your total compensation package. We are an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates diversity, and we are committed to building an inclusive space where every team member can thrive.
