What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our innovative technology and our global user base. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end marketing and growth strategies to boost monthly active users and revenue for the Mode Earn App, EARN'M, and Mode Earn Club.
• Collaborating closely with product management to craft compelling messaging, value propositions, and creative assets for product launches.
• Managing project timelines and reporting on marketing effectiveness to help refine our business dashboards and key performance indicators.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with at least 5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the mobile app, gaming, or technology sectors. You should hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment. You must be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly.
