At Betty Blocks, we’re transforming the way companies build software: Fast, securely, and flexibly with our leading low-code platform. We follow a modern demand generation strategy that focuses on educating our ideal customer profiles (ICPs). Our goal is to empower prospects to do self-guided research and reach out when they’re ready, resulting in high-quality conversations and deals.

We are looking for an experienced and autonomous Product Marketing Manager to own the full product marketing lifecycle at Betty Blocks. As the sole PMM, you will be the voice of the market within our revenue (and product) team and the voice of our product to the market, playing a pivotal role in our go-to-market, product launches, sales enablement, and overall market positioning.

You will report directly to the Marketing Director and work closely with our Product Development, Sales, and wider Marketing teams to ensure our products are successfully brought to market and resonate with our target audiences.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product features, releases, and solutions. This includes developing launch plans, defining messaging, and coordinating across teams.

  • Become the expert on our target markets, buyer personas, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Conduct in-depth market research, analyze trends, and gather customer insights to inform product strategy and messaging.

  • Develop compelling, differentiated, and consistent product messaging and positioning that highlights our unique value proposition for various audiences and use cases.

  • Arm our sales team with the tools, knowledge, and compelling stories they need to effectively sell our platform. Conduct sales training sessions and continuously update enablement materials.

  • Create high-impact product marketing content, including website copy, sales decks, battlecards, and internal training materials that empower sales and inform customers.

What you bring:

  • 4+ years of dedicated product marketing experience within a B2B SaaS company, ideally in a technical or developer-focused product environment.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products/features and driving adoption in the market.

  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling value propositions and messaging for various audiences.

  • Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.

  • Highly collaborative and able to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
