The role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that requires a passion for storytelling and a collaborative spirit. You will work in a hybrid capacity, with an expectation to spend time in our Fort Collins or Denver, Colorado offices at least once a week to foster the face-to-face connection that defines our company culture.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new features, guiding them from the initial concept phase all the way through to successful user adoption.
- Serve as the primary copywriter for your specific product area, while also developing messaging and positioning documentation to empower the broader marketing team.
- Execute strategic marketing initiatives and analyze performance data to ensure we are hitting commercial goals that truly matter to our growth.
Skills and experience
To thrive in this role, you should possess a blend of creative and analytical skills. We are looking for candidates who have:
- At least 3 years of experience in product, content, or digital marketing, preferably within the software industry.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing or contributing to effective, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong expertise in project management and a high level of business acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a talent for compelling copywriting.
- Proficiency in data analysis, including experience with tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- A natural sense of curiosity and a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $114,000 USD, depending on your experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive:
- Equity compensation to ensure you have an owner's mindset.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, with multiple plans covered at 100%.
- A 401k plan with company matching.
- Generous paid time off, including 8 paid holidays and a dedicated day off for your birthday.
- Annual bike tune-up reimbursement.
