The role
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our E-Delivery team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based in our Seattle office, where we operate under a hybrid work model. You will play a vital role in optimizing the performance of our key E-Delivery products while working closely with various departments to ensure success in both existing and new markets.
Core responsibilities
- Craft persuasive messaging and value propositions that drive product adoption and increase user buy-in.
- Develop essential sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales sheets, to empower our sales team.
- Serve as the primary expert on our product by leading training sessions for internal teams, contractors, and customers to ensure everyone understands the product benefits.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should have 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing. We value candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Technical proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- A proven track record of collaborating across departments, such as Sales, Legal, IT, and Product Management.
- Strong capabilities in project management, data analysis, and problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation and benefits
