Radformation is dedicated to reducing the global impact of cancer by automating and standardizing treatment planning workflows. We are looking for a strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our fully remote team and lead the marketing efforts for our QuickCode and RadMachine solutions as we work to ensure every patient receives high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our QuickCode and RadMachine products.
- Collaborate with our brand and demand generation teams to execute go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and growth.
- Work closely with sales, product management, and clinical success teams to align on priorities, competitive analysis, and field enablement.
- Gather insights from customers and subject matter experts to build compelling narratives and identify new content opportunities.
- Create a wide range of marketing assets, including landing pages, emails, presentations, and one-pagers.
- Manage webinar programming from initial planning through execution and follow-up.
- Represent our products at industry conferences and events, including delivering presentations when appropriate.
- Assist in the development of responses for RFPs.
- Identify new opportunities to expand our reach within radiation oncology and diagnostic imaging verticals.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in product or B2B marketing, ideally within the radiation oncology or diagnostic imaging sectors.
- A strong understanding of medical technology markets and the ability to communicate effectively with clinicians and decision-makers.
- A proven track record of creating content and strategies that resonate throughout the entire buyer journey.
- Proficiency with HubSpot marketing automation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance standards.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to support your team members.
