Since our launch in the 2018 Y Combinator batch, we have grown to manage over $4 billion in annual in-app purchases for thousands of applications. Our infrastructure powers subscriptions for industry leaders like Notion, ChatGPT, VSCO, and ClassDojo. We are a mission-driven, remote-first organization with a global team of 80 people who prioritize customer obsession, consistent shipping, ownership, and personal balance.
Key outcomes
- Take full ownership of go-to-market strategies and adoption campaigns for specific product areas.
- Design and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns to improve customer retention and feature adoption.
- Translate complex product messaging into high-converting web experiences by collaborating with our development team.
- Facilitate customer interviews to produce impactful case studies and testimonials.
- Provide internal enablement resources to ensure our developer-facing teams are fully equipped for success.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Execute creative, unconventional projects that support our brand and community engagement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing within a B2B or B2D SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in leading go-to-market efforts and crafting compelling customer stories.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience working with creative freelancers or agencies to produce high-quality assets.
- A self-starting mindset with the ability to thrive in an autonomous, remote-first environment.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working within the mobile app ecosystem or with subscription-based software.
- Background in early-stage startups or experience leading new initiatives independently within larger organizations.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Notion, Slack, Zoom, and Linear.
Compensation
The salary for this position is $168,000, regardless of your geographic location. We also provide the following benefits:
