We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity, working in a hybrid model based in Canada.
Key outcomes
- Lead the commercialization and go-to-market strategy for assigned markets, acting as the primary link between our product teams and functional departments like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Design and execute scalable GTM processes, including the creation of product marketing briefs and comprehensive campaign plans.
- Define clear value propositions and buyer personas while mapping the customer journey to ensure effective value delivery.
- Develop high-impact sales enablement materials and collaborate with revenue teams to refine pricing and packaging strategies.
- Maintain competitive research frameworks to monitor market dynamics and contribute to thought leadership content.
- Set success criteria for product launches and influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on execution.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Four to five years of professional experience, with at least two years specifically in product marketing, strategy, or consulting.
- Proven success in managing GTM processes and executing SaaS product launches.
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
- Proficiency with collaboration and data tools such as Jira, Confluence, Looker, and Asana.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to organize complex projects effectively.
Preferred qualifications
- A Master’s degree.
- Previous experience within the healthcare or homecare sectors, particularly with an understanding of payors and various business lines.
