The role
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact position for an experienced professional who wants to take ownership of our product messaging and market strategy. You will play a critical role in helping us scale as we enter new markets and launch innovative features. Please note that while our team is fully remote, you must be located and authorized to work in the United States or Canada to be considered for this role.
Core responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product launches, including the development of positioning, value propositions, and messaging that clearly communicates our platform's unique advantages.
- Partner closely with our product and sales teams to create effective collateral and sales enablement materials that drive product adoption and help our customers succeed.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies by analyzing buyer personas, competitive offerings, and market trends to ensure we reach our core audiences effectively.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of creative thinking and analytical rigor. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- At least 5 to 7 years of professional experience in marketing, product management, consulting, or sales.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in product marketing.
- A strong understanding of the FinTech and banking sectors, with a proven ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear, compelling narratives.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills and a self-starting attitude that thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects, setting goals, and using data to measure performance and optimize results.
Compensation and benefits
