Product Marketing Manager at Lithic

At Lithic, we build the essential card issuing and payment infrastructure that powers the modern economy. Our platform enables some of the most innovative digital banks, software companies, and fintech firms to process billions of dollars in transactions every year. We are currently seeking a senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the go-to-market strategy for our suite of solutions. This is a full-time, remote position, though we also welcome candidates based in New York City, Salt Lake City, Sioux Falls, Austin, or San Francisco.

Key outcomes

• Define and articulate our unique value proposition by crafting clear, compelling product positioning and messaging for both new and existing offerings.
• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for product launches, which includes conducting deep market research and competitive analysis.
• Create high-impact sales enablement assets, such as white papers, case studies, blog posts, and presentation decks, to accelerate deal velocity and product adoption.
• Oversee the optimization of our website, ensuring our copy and presentation remain effective through continuous testing and collaboration with design partners.
• Partner closely with our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure our roadmap and market outreach are fully aligned.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in product marketing, including a minimum of 3 years specifically within the B2B fintech or payments industry.
• A demonstrated track record of building effective messaging and marketing collateral for complex, technical products.
• Experience managing web properties and coordinating with external agencies to maintain a high-performing digital presence.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• A data-driven approach to problem-solving and a proven ability to use insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for translating complex technical concepts into clear and persuasive written content.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where adaptability and a bias for action are essential.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $142,000 to $174,000 USD. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
