At MyCarrier, we are on a mission to democratize supply chain management for businesses everywhere. Since our launch in 2018, we have become one of the fastest-growing platforms in the United States, processing over $700 million in less-than-truckload shipments annually. We connect shippers directly with capacity providers through our industry-leading platform, and we are currently looking for a passionate Product Marketing Manager to help us continue our rapid expansion across the $1.6 trillion logistics industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to help us build the ubiquitous platform that powers the future of supply chain, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior-level Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the awareness, adoption, and expansion of our product line. You will own our go-to-market strategy by blending customer insights, competitive analysis, and clear product positioning to deepen the connection between our users and the MyCarrier platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with our product roadmap and business objectives.
- Conduct deep market research to build accurate customer personas and use cases that inform our value propositions.
- Enable our internal sales, customer success, and support teams by creating high-quality training materials, FAQs, and product content.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring a strong background in B2B product marketing, specifically within the SMB, logistics, or software sectors. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who is comfortable using quantitative data to inform decisions and report on marketing impact. You should have hands-on experience with tools such as Hubspot Marketing, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. A collaborative spirit is essential, as you will work closely with our product and sales departments to drive revenue growth.
Location
This position is based in the United States.

We believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. Our benefits package includes:
- Stock options.
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, including a $4,224 annual employer contribution toward health coverage.
- Unlimited vacation time.
- Opportunities for professional development.
- Monthly catered lunches and a fully stocked office pantry.
- Annual Christmas party and quarterly team-building outings.
