At Snowplow, we are redefining how organizations unlock the power of their own customer behavioral data. As the global leader in customer data infrastructure for AI, we empower companies like Burberry, Strava, and AutoTrader to collect and manage real-time, governed data within their own cloud platforms. Following our 40 million USD Series B funding round led by NEA, we are growing rapidly and looking for passionate, creative individuals to help us shape the future of data-driven decision-making. We believe in building a diverse, inclusive team where talent and drive are the primary drivers of our collective success.
The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing department, reporting directly to the Director of Product and Partner Marketing. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our product, sales, and partner teams. Your mission is to develop high-impact marketing materials and campaign initiatives that resonate with our core audiences, including data engineers and data scientists. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the United States, perfect for someone who thrives in a technical environment and enjoys translating complex concepts into intuitive, compelling narratives.
A day in the life
- You will craft clear and educational content, such as blog posts and case studies, that highlights the real-world impact of our solutions for our users.
- You will lead the execution of impactful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns to educate both existing customers and new prospects.
- You will drive our sales enablement program by equipping our team with deep insights into market trends, competitive positioning, and new product features.
Who you are
You are a seasoned marketing professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. You have at least 3 years of experience in product marketing, specifically within technical sectors. You possess outstanding written communication skills and a natural ability to collaborate across different departments. You are a self-starter who manages your time effectively and approaches every project with a customer-first, data-driven mindset. Proficiency in English is required for this role.

- Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid and remote options.
- Unlimited PTO and one week of volunteering time per year.
- Comprehensive health coverage, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Financial security through 401k plans and both short and long-term disability insurance.
- Support for your life outside of work with enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave, plus mental health resources.
