At Crunchtime, we power the operations behind the world’s most iconic restaurant brands. From Chipotle and Domino’s to Five Guys and P.F. Chang’s, over 125,000 locations across more than 100 countries rely on our platform to manage everything from staff scheduling and inventory to food safety and audits. We are a team dedicated to helping global foodservice operators deliver consistent experiences, and we are looking for a passionate storyteller to help us share our impact with the world.
The opportunity
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team in either Boston or Atlanta. In this role, you will be the bridge between our product innovation and our market presence. You will lead high-impact product launches, craft compelling narratives that differentiate our software, and build the tools our sales teams need to succeed. This is a chance to balance fast-paced, hands-on content creation with long-term strategic planning in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
A day in the life
- You will develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, ensuring that our product, sales, and marketing teams are perfectly aligned for every new feature launch.
- You will partner directly with sales leadership to create high-value content and messaging that removes friction from the sales cycle and helps our teams hit their goals.
- You will conduct deep competitive research to identify our unique strengths and craft messaging that highlights exactly why we are the preferred choice for top restaurant operators.
Who you are
You are a seasoned marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience in the B2B SaaS space. You possess a natural talent for translating complex technical features into clear, persuasive value propositions. You are comfortable working cross-functionally, building strong relationships with product managers and customer success teams to gather the insights you need. Most importantly, you are a self-starter who can manage large strategic projects while still jumping in to create sales slides or blog posts on short notice. You are fluent in English and ready to make a significant impact in a fast-growing, global company.
Why you'll love it here
We believe in supporting our team members both inside and outside of the office. Beyond working on software that is actively reshaping the restaurant industry, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to help you thrive.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, including flexible spending options.
- A 401k plan with an employer match to help you plan for your future.
- Generous paid time off and paid company holidays.
- Access to wellness programs, including fitness reimbursement and mental health support.
- A dedicated learning budget to help you grow your skills and advance your career.
- Commuter benefits to make your travel to our office easier.
- Life insurance coverage and 10 weeks of paid parental leave.
