Product Marketing Manager at Evergrow

Our work is fueled by the 2022 climate legislation, which has created a new landscape for renewable energy. We are a mission-driven team with backgrounds from organizations like Google, Stripe, and MIT, supported by leading venture capital firms. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join us in our San Francisco office on a hybrid basis to help us bring clarity to the complex world of climate finance.

Key outcomes

• Develop and refine compelling product messaging that clearly differentiates our offerings and educates the market on our unique solutions.
• Define and evolve customer personas to ensure our marketing strategies and campaigns remain targeted and effective.
• Produce high-quality, engaging content that reinforces our brand identity and mission across all channels.
• Maintain a consistent brand narrative across all touchpoints, including social media, email communications, and sales enablement materials.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns while utilizing analytical thinking to monitor performance and optimize results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our product, sales, and engineering teams, as well as external design and development partners.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects independently with a strong orientation toward data and results.
• Exceptional narrative writing skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new industries and technologies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to work from our San Francisco office three days per week.
