About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for a full-time position. In this role, you will report to the Head of Product Marketing and serve as a vital link between our product strategy and our sales and marketing efforts. You will focus on driving awareness and adoption of our Order product suite, managing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to promote the adoption of our Order product suite.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and sales teams to align product innovation with market demands and customer feedback.
• Manage the creation of high-impact marketing collateral, including web content, email campaigns, case studies, and internal sales enablement materials.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in product marketing within a SaaS or growth-stage software technology environment.
• Proven expertise in managing product releases and launching marketing materials that drive broad awareness.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to act as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing high-quality industry content such as white papers and presentations.
• Strategic thinking capabilities that allow you to translate complex market needs into actionable plans.

Location

This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere in the United States. If you are located in the New York City area, you are also welcome to work from our headquarters at One World Trade Center.

Compensation and Benefits
