We are currently looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team and act as a primary driver for how we deliver value to our customers.
Key outcomes
- Take ownership of our ideal customer profile and target buyer personas to deeply understand our market.
- Lead end-to-end feature releases and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product vision and roadmap.
- Gather and synthesize insights from sales calls, customer feedback, product usage data, and marketing analytics to inform our strategy.
- Collaborate across the organization to define and launch effective go-to-market campaigns that drive pipeline growth and product adoption.
- Develop and oversee a robust content library, including the design of enablement sessions and collateral to empower our customer-facing teams.
- Utilize tools like Gong to analyze customer interactions and refine our messaging.
Requirements
- Three to five years of professional marketing experience, with at least three years specifically in the B2B SaaS sector.
- Proven track record of launching B2B SaaS products within a product marketing capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects involving product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Strong analytical curiosity, with a focus on identifying problems and developing effective solutions.
- Experience creating a diverse range of content, such as blog posts, ebooks, slide decks, and data sheets.
- High level of proficiency in English.
- Ability to work a schedule that overlaps with the US East Coast workday, specifically 9am to 5pm GMT-5.
- Reliable home internet access and comfort with video-based collaboration.
Compensation
The anticipated base salary for this position is USD $120,000 to $150,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your experience, location, and specific business needs. As a remote-first company, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
