About the role

You will plan and execute marketing initiatives to drive awareness and understanding of the Sonder product and service. You will craft compelling messaging and positioning strategies that effectively communicate Sonder’s complex value proposition.

You’ll be a subject matter expert to allow the marketing, sales and customer success teams to articulate Sonder’s features and benefits to win new business and increase deal velocity. 

What you’ll be doing

• As the voice of the customer within the Marketing team, you will collaborate with Product and Member Experience to influence improvements in service adoption and use
• Support sales enablement and product collateral development.
• Create persuasive marketing collateral that effectively communicates the unique benefits and ROI of Sonder to prospects.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape. 
• Analyse data to derive insights that inform marketing strategies and product development decisions.
• Develop test/learn/iterate processes to successfully drive continuous improvement

What you bring to the team;

• 5-7 years experience of product marketing experience 
• B2B Marketing experience
• SaaS or HR Tech experience would be beneficial
• Proven track record of positioning, planning, supporting and executing successful product launches.
• Ability to influence cross functionally 
• A knack for finding creative, fresh ways to explain traditional ideas
• Strong empathy for the end user. Obsession with understanding user problems and needs.
