Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, provided you can collaborate effectively with our global team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we present our complex value proposition to the market.

Your impact

• Act as the primary voice of the customer by collaborating with our Product and Member Experience teams to drive service adoption and platform improvements.
• Develop high-impact marketing collateral that clearly articulates our unique benefits and return on investment to prospective clients.
• Lead market research initiatives and analyze performance data to refine our marketing strategies and influence future product development.

What you'll need

• Five to seven years of dedicated experience in product marketing, specifically within a B2B environment.
• A proven history of successfully planning and executing product launches.
• Strong cross-functional influence skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives.
• Deep empathy for the end user and a passion for solving real-world problems.
• Experience in SaaS or HR Tech is highly valued.
• Fluency in English.
