CallRail is currently in a phase of hyper-growth, and we are looking for a strategic, curious, and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our team. We provide industry-leading lead intelligence software, and you will play a vital role in shaping our go-to-market strategies and telling our story to businesses across the United States.

Responsibilities

Define and execute go-to-market strategies for our product launches, ensuring all teams are aligned for success.
Develop clear value propositions and messaging that highlight how our platform solves specific customer problems.
Collaborate with product managers to influence our roadmap by serving as the voice of the customer.
Partner with sales and customer experience teams to provide them with the training, collateral, and tools they need to succeed.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer data to identify new growth opportunities.
Report on key product adoption and usage metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
Act as a thought leader for your products by contributing to external content and speaking engagements.

Must-haves

A bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of experience in product marketing, strategic marketing, or product management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams like sales, marketing, and product.
Fluency in English.
