About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our go-to-market strategies for our streaming video platform and hardware solutions. You will work closely with our Director of Marketing to shape our product narratives, ensure successful product launches, and empower our sales teams with the tools they need to succeed. This is a hybrid position that requires you to be in our office three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new features and products, ensuring they align with our goals for the church and mission-based organization markets.
• Own our product positioning and messaging by creating compelling narratives that differentiate our solutions and resonate deeply with our target audience.
• Partner with product management and sales teams to develop high-impact enablement materials, such as pitch decks and case studies, while analyzing performance metrics to optimize our future campaigns.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on marketing expertise. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
• A proven history of leading successful product launches and managing complex go-to-market campaigns.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce or Marketo.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to build effective relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with video streaming technology or the faith-based organization landscape is highly valued.

Location

This position is based in Allen, Texas, and requires a hybrid work schedule with three days spent in the office each week.

Compensation and Benefits
