What is this role?
We are looking for a mid-level Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the marketing strategy for our population genomics programs and diagnostic clinical platform. You will work closely with internal teams to increase brand awareness, support product adoption, and help us continue our mission of empowering people to improve their lives through DNA.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that reach health system executives, service line leads, and clinical providers.
- Partner with our strategy team and account executives to conduct market research, analyze competitive trends, and deeply understand customer needs.
- Collaborate across departments to define clear product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies that resonate with our target audience.

To be successful in this position, you should be a strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare innovation. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the healthcare or life sciences sectors.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Proven experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English.

In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus of 15% and generous equity. Our benefits package includes:
