We are looking for a strategic Product Marketing Lead to join our team at Ethic. We are a fintech company dedicated to making sustainable investing the standard, helping wealth advisors and their clients build portfolios that reflect their personal values while meeting financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies that define our product positioning, messaging, and competitive edge.
- Perform deep market research and client outreach to identify trends and customer needs that shape our product roadmap.
- Partner with our content team to produce high-impact materials, such as whitepapers, case studies, brochures, and sales presentations.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns designed to boost product awareness, user adoption, and long-term retention.
- Equip our sales organization with the training, competitive battle cards, and demo tools necessary to succeed.
- Work closely with Product Management to ensure customer insights are directly reflected in our development and marketing cycles.
Must-haves
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing within the fintech or wealth management sectors.
- A demonstrated history of successfully launching and promoting financial products or software.
- A solid grasp of ESG principles and the sustainable investing landscape.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities and clear, persuasive communication skills.
- A data-driven mindset capable of using analytics to guide strategic decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to build effective relationships across different departments.
Benefits
The base salary for this position is between $135,000 and $175,000 per year, depending on your experience. We also provide the following perks:
