Role at a glance
We are looking for a visionary Product Marketing Director to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a strategic leadership position that requires an expert in positioning and storytelling to help us scale our impact. You will operate in a hybrid capacity, with two days per week in the office, and we are accepting applications from candidates based in Denmark, Germany, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, or Portugal.
Your impact
- Partner with our product teams to build, ship, and grow features that our customers love while identifying key value drivers for our go-to-market strategy.
- Own the overarching narrative and market positioning by creating unified, scalable systems that align our marketing, sales, and product efforts.
- Lead and coach a high-performing team of product marketers, fostering an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and drives excellence in our craft.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a dynamic problem solver who is comfortable challenging the status quo with kindness and strong opinions. You will need:
- Extensive experience in insights-driven marketing and business leadership roles.
- A proven track record of strategic planning, superior storytelling, and leading product launches from conception to adoption.
- Deep expertise in conducting market, competitor, and customer research to identify new opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to manage stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly.
- Fluency in English, as it is our primary company language.
