What you bring

As a Product Marketing Associate, you will serve as a vital link between our product, marketing, and sales teams. This full-time, junior-level role is based in our New York City headquarters and requires a hybrid commitment. You will be instrumental in shaping how we tell our story and how we bring our innovative AI voice platform to market.

• Lead go-to-market strategies and product launches by developing compelling messaging and supporting demand-generation campaigns.
• Create high-impact content, including case studies, blog posts, and webinars, while authoring two thought leadership pieces each week.
• Equip our internal sales and customer success teams with the demo assets, competitive insights, and product knowledge they need to succeed.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a blend of technical curiosity and creative storytelling ability. You should have one to three years of experience in product or solutions marketing, ideally within the B2B SaaS space. A strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, such as RAG and LLM workflows, is essential. You must be a self-starter who excels at project management and is comfortable presenting complex technical features to both internal and external audiences. Proficiency in English is required, and we value candidates who are eager to learn and ready to tackle the challenges of a fast-paced startup environment.
