At Laurel we are building the first AI platform that automates timekeeping for professional services firms. Our mission is to return time to the people who spend their days on screens, replacing manual six-minute entries with intelligent systems that understand how work actually happens. Backed by a $55 million Series B and growing from zero to more than five million dollars in ARR within eleven months on our rebuilt platform, we are creating a new category called Time Automation that will eventually rewire how entire industries measure and reward contribution.
The role
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to join us full time on site. In this position you will own a substantial product surface area from strategy through delivery, partnering daily with engineering, AI/ML, design, and customer-success teams to turn ambitious ideas into shipped experiences that give professionals their time back.
Core responsibilities
- Build company-wide alignment on priorities by translating vision into clear roadmaps that cross-functional teams can execute with confidence.
- Combine quantitative data, customer research, and product intuition to define requirements, run experiments, and continuously improve the product.
- Define success metrics, track outcomes, and use insights to guide iterative improvements that increase adoption and measurable value for users.
Skills and experience
You bring at least five years of product-management experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, and you thrive in fast-paced startup environments. You are comfortable writing SQL or Python to explore data, turning findings into product decisions, and clearly communicating trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. A track record of delivering measurable results, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and fluency in English are essential. Experience setting goals for AI models, domain knowledge in legal, accounting, or consulting, or an advanced degree in computer science, analytics, or a related field are viewed as valuable additions.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this role is $170,000 to $230,000. In addition we offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with premiums fully covered, a 401(k) plan, wellness and commuter stipends, flexible spending accounts, generous paid time off, and the flexibility to take time when you or a family member needs it.
How to apply
If our mission to return time resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if your background does not match every qualification listed. We review every application and look forward to learning how you can contribute to building the future of work at Laurel.
