The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join us on a full-time basis in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our digital platforms, shaping the strategy and success of our websites across the entire group. You will sit at the intersection of technology and business, ensuring our digital presence is not only effective but also aligned with our broader service requirements and objectives. This is a strategic leadership position where you will have the autonomy to define roadmaps, manage vendor relationships, and foster a culture of high performance.

A day in the life

• You will develop and execute comprehensive roadmaps for our websites, focusing on scalability and ensuring every digital initiative supports our core business goals.
• You will take the lead on website governance and performance optimization, establishing clear KPIs to monitor success while ensuring we remain compliant with data privacy and accessibility standards.
• You will manage key vendor relationships, such as Sanity, while collaborating with distributed teams to guide platform development and drive seamless interoperability across our digital ecosystem.

Who you are

You are a seasoned Product Manager with a deep understanding of digital environments and a track record of turning complex ideas into actionable results. You possess strong leadership skills, allowing you to navigate stakeholder expectations with ease and clarity. You are a strategic thinker who is comfortable interpreting data to define success, and you have a proactive approach to solving problems. Proficiency in English is required, as you will be communicating across various teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
