The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Wiesbaden on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that sits at the very heart of our company. You will have the opportunity to manage product ideas from their initial conception all the way through to final implementation, ensuring that our software development processes remain smooth and effective.

Core responsibilities

• Drive the development of new feature ideas for our products, such as our Locanto classifieds site and our dating app, by working closely with our design, communications, management, and development teams.
• Take ownership of product planning by preparing user stories and requirements, while ensuring our software consistently meets our high-quality standards.
• Analyze key performance indicators, evaluate the impact of new releases, and conduct thorough market and competitive benchmarking to inform our strategy.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of business insight and technical understanding. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A university degree in a field such as business administration, economics, computer science, or business informatics.
• Proven experience in product management, business development, or project management.
• An analytical and structured approach to problem-solving, paired with a hands-on mentality.
• A genuine enthusiasm for agile teamwork and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
