We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Social Selling and Advocacy group. Our team is dedicated to delivering genuine value to our customers through our Amplify and social selling products. In this role, you will lead the creation of impactful product strategies and drive innovation that translates into measurable business results. You will work in close partnership with our engineering and design teams to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks and user stories, ensuring we build world-class solutions. This position is part of our distributed workforce strategy, offering a hybrid or remote work model for candidates based in the United Kingdom or Italy. You will report directly to the Group Product Manager, with an expected start date beginning in April 2025.
Key outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership in Product, Development, and Design to define and execute the medium-term strategy for our Amplify product line.
- Manage a prioritized roadmap that balances immediate business objectives with our long-term vision.
- Analyze data from competitors, market analysts, and customer feedback to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
- Define and track performance metrics at both the project and product levels to ensure accountability.
- Develop and refine scalable processes for product execution, planning, and prioritization.
- Partner with Support and Product Marketing teams to bring new features to market successfully.
- Represent product priorities to senior stakeholders and engage directly with customers to advocate for our roadmap.
- Guide the development process within an agile environment alongside our engineering and design teams.
Requirements
- A post-secondary degree in business, computer science, or engineering, or an equivalent combination of professional experience.
- Significant experience in software product management, specifically within marketing and sales sectors.
- Strong proficiency in business and product data measurement tools and principles.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and establish effective timelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and listen effectively to diverse groups.
- A resilient mindset with the ability to navigate change and ambiguity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A commitment to continuous self-development and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
