Product Manager at Path Robotics

At Path Robotics, our team turns impossible problems into production-ready solutions every day, and we're looking for a Product Manager ready to shape what comes next.

Role at a glance

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Product Manager position based in the United States. You'll work directly with engineering, sales, and operations to guide products from early research through launch and beyond.

Your impact

• Turn customer research into clear product requirements that shape new features and improvements.
• Coordinate across software, hardware, and R&D teams to deliver functionality that supports complete welding cycles.
• Build and maintain roadmaps that move products past initial releases while keeping stakeholders aligned on timelines and changes.

What you'll need

You bring at least one year of experience owning or analyzing products through a full agile or scrum lifecycle, including gathering customer feedback, setting priorities, and executing launches. You have documented functional requirements, facilitated cross-team discussions, and supported at least three feature releases with detailed rollout plans. Strong communication skills help you work effectively with every department, and you're comfortable using product frameworks to measure performance and drive ongoing improvements. English fluency is required.
