Lumafield is on a mission to modernize the manufacturing industry by providing engineers with unprecedented visibility into their products through industrial CT scanning and AI-driven analysis. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in an on-site capacity to help us conceive, develop, and launch the next generation of our hardware solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of new hardware products from the initial concept phase through to final launch.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering, sales, and marketing departments to ensure product success.
- Clearly articulate our product vision and the business rationale behind it to internal stakeholders.
- Identify and quantify new market opportunities by analyzing user needs and industry trends.
- Develop a deep, comprehensive understanding of our customers and the specific industries we serve.
- Manage and prioritize a diverse range of projects across our product portfolio.
Must-haves
- A relevant college degree paired with at least 5 years of experience in product management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- The ability to work effectively across technical and commercial teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing.
- A fast-paced, hands-on approach with experience in prototyping.
- The ability to act as a consistent, data-driven advocate for our customers.
- A high level of independence coupled with the judgment to seek guidance when necessary.
- Decisiveness and the ability to move forward even when information is incomplete.
- A proven track record of following through on commitments.
- Fluency in English.

- A technical or engineering background.
- Proven experience in developing and shipping products that combine hardware and software.
- Experience with go-to-market strategies, including sales, marketing, trade shows, or video production.
