Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team as a Founder-in-Residence. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates anywhere. You will be working in a high-stakes environment where you will architect product strategy and collaborate closely with our engineering team to ship at lightning speed.
Your impact
- Design and own autonomous, AI-driven workflows that solve critical bottlenecks in the sales process without requiring manual oversight.
- Transform complex, messy sales pipeline data into intuitive, high-density user experiences that act as a true co-pilot for sales professionals.
- Drive rapid development cycles by launching MVPs in days and iterating with a relentless, metric-driven focus.
What you'll need
- A background in AI-first B2B SaaS with at least 2 years of experience shipping products where machine learning was the core engine.
- Exceptional cognitive agility and a history of success in competitive environments, such as academic olympiads or building impactful projects from the ground up.
- Strong technical literacy, including proficiency in Python, SQL, and Figma, to partner effectively with engineers on prototypes.
- A founder mindset that thrives in ambiguity, values action over meetings, and possesses the drive to rebuild broken systems.
- Fluency in English to communicate strategy and collaborate across our global team.
