What you'll be doing
- Own the product surface that drives day-to-day user value-personal briefings, personalization, alerts, notifications, and lists-by turning customer interviews, usage data, and experiments into clear problems and validated solutions.
- Define new initiatives by writing customer-focused mock press releases and FAQs, then defend and evolve those ideas with C-level stakeholders while keeping a 60-day execution plan and six-month roadmap in view.
- Act as product owner for a cross-functional squad, organizing the backlog, removing blockers, and rolling up your sleeves on everything from QA and data labeling to prompt engineering so the team ships high-quality work at speed.
What you'll bring
- At least five years of professional experience, including three years in product management for enterprise SaaS, with a track record of taking features from idea through launch and ongoing improvement.
- Strong customer empathy and the ability to uncover real needs through incisive interviews and quantitative analysis, translating those insights into delightful user experiences, clear positioning, and effective pricing and packaging.
- Executive presence, clear written and verbal communication, and the energy to collaborate across functions while presenting data-driven stories to both internal leaders and external audiences.
- Hands-on curiosity about artificial intelligence, demonstrated by experimenting with large language models and forming a point of view on how they can transform work for you and your customers.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
We are offering a salary range of $108,750-$137,750 USD for this role, plus eligibility for a bonus opportunity.
