About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Testing & Optimization to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role where you will play a central part in our digital growth strategy. You will report to the Vice President of Optimization and MarTech, taking ownership of conversion rate optimization initiatives to enhance our digital footprint. You will be responsible for analyzing website performance, identifying barriers to conversion, and executing strategies that improve the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive CRO strategies by leveraging data insights to identify opportunities and presenting actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Design and oversee A/B and multivariate testing, personalization efforts, and experimentation to optimize digital properties while measuring the impact on conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on critical performance indicators such as conversion rates, ROI, and NPS to ensure the continuous improvement of our sales and checkout funnels.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Economics.
- Four to six years of experience managing large-scale testing and personalization initiatives, including work with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Interaction Studio.
- Two to four years of deep experience with end-to-end web tagging, from defining data layers to instrumentation in Adobe Tag Manager or GTM.
- Proficiency in UX design principles, wireframing, and usability.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle shifting priorities and timelines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams ranging from web developers to executive leadership.

This position is available to candidates located anywhere, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000. In addition to competitive pay, we offer the following benefits:
