What is this role?
We are seeking a Product Manager Private Label to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the Netherlands. This is a mid-level position that carries significant strategic importance for our company. You will act as an entrepreneur within our organization, taking ownership of our private label growth by leveraging our existing product knowledge, established supply chains, and diverse sales channels. You will report directly to our CEO as you work to strengthen our brand presence and drive financial success.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute activation plans for new product lines while managing the full lifecycle from selection to market introduction.
- Expand our pocket knife brand and introduce new, high-quality accessories to the lineup.
- Drive the strategic growth of our private labels through effective sourcing, branding, and the optimization of sales across our webshops and various marketplaces.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a strategic thinker with a strong commercial drive and a deep understanding of online business models. You have a proven ability to build brands and a talent for organizing complex projects. We are looking for someone who is comfortable collaborating with our internal experts in design, marketing, and product quality to ensure our gear resonates with our customers.
To be successful in this role, you should bring the following:
- At least 2 years of experience in product management, branding, or online marketing.
- A minimum of HBO level of education and professional capability.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- A structured, independent approach to work and a natural ability to foster productive partnerships.
- Fluency in English, along with a genuine interest in outdoor gear, cooking, and high-quality equipment.
What's in it for you?
Joining our team means becoming part of an open, no-nonsense company culture where you can truly shape the future of our brands. We offer:
- The unique opportunity to build and scale a brand from the ground up.
- Access to our internal expertise in distribution, online marketing, and product development.
- A key strategic role within a leading international organization.
- A welcoming office environment with excellent coffee.
- The chance to work alongside a team of enthusiastic and supportive colleagues.
