What is this role?
We are looking for a Product Manager to focus on our Futures backend systems. This is a full-time, remote position. While we are open to candidates ranging from junior to senior levels, we are specifically looking for someone with a solid foundation in trading systems. You will play a critical role in maintaining the technical backbone that powers our global exchange.
What will you do?
- Define the product direction and roadmap for our backend trading systems, including order management, risk engines, and settlement processes.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering and quantitative teams to translate complex trading requirements into functional technical solutions.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial planning and feature development to launch and ongoing performance monitoring.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical or quantitative background in fields like Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or Mathematics. We value individuals who can bridge the gap between complex trading algorithms and user-facing product requirements. Key qualifications include:
- A deep understanding of financial products such as futures, margin trading, perpetual swaps, and options.
- Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to help you coordinate effectively with our global stakeholders and international partners.
