The role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager & Designer to join our remote-first team on a full-time basis. This is a unique opportunity to shape our product strategy while working alongside a collaborative group of engineers and leaders. You will be expected to experiment, move quickly, and iterate on new ideas to create transformational experiences for fans and venues alike.
Core responsibilities
- Lead product strategy initiatives to define the future of live event experiences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including engineers and fellow designers, to build and refine our platform.
- Apply a customer-centric approach to solve complex operational and ticketing challenges.
Skills and experience
We value individuals who are curious, tenacious, and deeply empathetic. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Deep expertise in Product Management and Product Design.
- A strong technical background and a proven ability to develop products that solve real-world problems.
- Experience with ticketing systems, engagement strategies, and operations.
- A commitment to customer empathy and a desire to become a subject matter expert in the sports technology domain.
- Fluency in English.
