Product Manager, Clinic Operations at Local Infusion

As we scale our foundational AI platform for clinic operations, we are looking for a dedicated Product Manager to join our remote team and lead this transformation.

What you'll be doing

• Take ownership of the end-to-end product roadmap, focusing on the strategy and adoption of AI solutions to improve our clinic operations.
• Conduct continuous discovery by shadowing frontline staff and interviewing physicians to translate their daily needs into actionable product requirements.
• Evaluate and lead build versus buy decisions for our technology stack, ensuring we choose the right path between internal development and external vendor solutions.

What you'll bring

We are looking for a senior-level professional who is fluent in English and possesses a deep understanding of how to build data-intensive products. You should have at least four years of product management experience, including two years specifically focused on AI or machine learning products. You understand the importance of data quality in infrastructure, and you are comfortable navigating both high-level platform strategy and granular feature details. While not required, we highly value experience with healthcare data formats like HL7 and FHIR, as well as familiarity with clinical workflows and EHR systems.
