About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Allium & Crucifers to join our team in Made, the Netherlands. This is a full-time, hybrid position within our Marketing department. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between our breeding programs and commercial success, ensuring our product portfolio remains competitive and aligned with global market needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor global breeding progress while managing the portfolio for specific crop segments to achieve product leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Commercial Department, collaborating with other product managers to develop and execute a global strategy for Allium and Crucifer crops.
• Manage the entire development pipeline, from initial breeding definitions to successful market launches, while analyzing performance results alongside commercial stakeholders.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in breeding, product development, or sales, with a strong vision for the crop segments.
• Analytical, organized, and decisive mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with a collaborative nature that can motivate development and sales teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and the ability to travel internationally for up to 40% of your time.

This position is based at our headquarters in Made, the Netherlands.
