We’re building an industry-leading knowledge management platform that turns unstructured data into accurate, high-speed insights. Our team brings deep expertise from Alexa, Siri, and Watson, and we’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the security features that let highly regulated customers adopt our AI platform with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Own the security roadmap and deliver features that meet the needs of Federal and other regulated-industry customers.
- Lead Federal SaaS deployments and all on-prem installations for Federal accounts, plus future capabilities such as semantic firewalls, new security clearances, authentication and access controls, and single-tenant instances.
- Translate customer and market input into clear use cases, requirements, and acceptance criteria, then measure adoption and prioritize follow-on work.
- Partner daily with engineering and data-science teams to evaluate technical trade-offs and keep delivery on schedule.
- Run agile ceremonies-refinement, roadmap reviews, sprint planning, and stand-ups-and keep the team aligned on scope and priorities.
- Document business processes, write detailed product specifications, and define data, analytics, and integration needs.
- Engage directly with customers and industry thought leaders to validate requirements and shape best practices.
Must-haves
- Hands-on experience shipping security or compliance features for highly regulated sectors such as public sector (Fed/SLED), healthcare, life sciences, financial services, high-tech, or energy.
- Proven track record writing complete product requirements and functional specifications.
- Experience developing and executing a product vision, strategy, and roadmap that cross-functional teams can follow.
- Strong working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, ML Ops, SaaS, big data, security, or DevOps.
- Comfort working with engineering, data science, UX, QA, and documentation teams in an agile environment.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building enterprise AI, ML, NLP, search, or data-science applications.
- Two to three years running agile ceremonies and authoring epics and user stories.
- Azure, AWS, or GCP certification.
- Master’s degree or MBA.
