About the Role
We are looking for a Product Led Growth Director to join us in a full-time capacity. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for shifting our sales process from a traditional, human-intensive model toward a product-led growth strategy. Reporting directly to our CMO, you will use customer data and automation to enhance our user experience, improve conversion rates, and drive retention. This is a remote position that requires a strategic mindset and a passion for digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to transition our sales model toward a product-led growth framework.
- Innovate our customer onboarding process to ensure it is fully automated, seamless, and highly engaging.
- Leverage data analytics and behavioral insights to optimize the product experience and encourage deeper user adoption.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in growth or product management roles within the technology sector.
- Proven success in driving digital transformation projects and implementing product-led growth strategies.
- A deep understanding of B2B sales processes, customer journeys, and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
Location
This role is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
