Role at a glance
We are seeking a Product & Innovation Marketing Director to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a director-level position for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. You will report directly to the VP of Brand & Product Marketing while working across our organization to drive both current product success and future innovation.
Your impact
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for our current product lineup by leveraging consumer insights and performance data to refine our messaging and claims.
- Identify and capture new market opportunities by collaborating with R&D and commercial teams to develop and launch innovative product concepts.
- Build compelling business cases and product narratives that resonate with internal stakeholders and external retail partners to drive long-term growth.
What you'll need
- At least 8 years of experience in product marketing, innovation, or consumer insights, ideally within a CPG challenger brand.
- A unique blend of analytical rigor and creative storytelling, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Proven success working cross-functionally with teams like R&D, Creative, Retail, and DTC to bring products to market.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, though an MBA is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for uncovering the insights that drive consumer behavior.
Perks and compensation
The annual salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $190,000. In addition to base pay, you will be eligible for a discretionary performance-based annual cash bonus and company equity. Our benefits package includes:
