What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join our platform team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is central to our mission, as you will be responsible for building and enhancing the custom agentic AI platform that allows our customers to ingest, transform, and derive insights from massive amounts of structured and semi-structured data. You will work within a high-impact engineering environment, utilizing modern technologies like TypeScript, GraphQL, Clickhouse, Presto, and Temporal to process gigabytes of data daily.

What will you do?

• Develop a scalable AI platform: You will build the core infrastructure that powers our application, including a robust data ingestion layer, an LLM-based transformation engine, a high-speed query engine, and a workflow system for third-party integrations.
• Maintain high security and quality standards: Because our customers trust us with sensitive information, you will prioritize secure system design while upholding our commitment to rigorous code reviews, documentation, and testing.
• Exercise complete ownership: You will have the autonomy to influence our product and technology stack, working alongside a scrappy, no-ego team that values moving quickly and shipping features that provide real value to our users.

• At least 3 years of experience building production-grade distributed systems.
• A strong background in working with data-intensive applications.

• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative spirit that fits well within a small, high-performing team.
