Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our B2B team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Portugal, where you will focus on the technical side of our design process to improve the core experience of our SaaS products. You will work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, data-driven decision-making, and user-centric solutions.
Your impact
- Act as a primary advocate for the user within our cross-functional teams, ensuring that every design decision is backed by solid research and data.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to build intuitive, scalable solutions that balance complex security requirements with a seamless user experience.
- Drive product quality by utilizing and contributing to our design system, while constantly pushing for innovation in usability and accessibility.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience in digital product development, with a minimum of 2 years working in close partnership with engineering and product teams.
- At least 1 year of specific experience designing for B2B or Enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including building reusable components and contributing to design systems.
- Strong expertise in UX research methodologies, prototyping, and translating complex technical requirements into simple, user-friendly interfaces.
- Full professional mastery of the English language, as this is our primary language for all verbal and written communication.
- A solid understanding of accessibility standards like WCAG and experience working within Agile development cycles.
