What you bring

We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will be a driving force behind our product innovation, helping to define our design processes and shaping the future of our creative tools. You will be expected to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to keep our products at the forefront of the industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading the end-to-end design process for our entire suite of products.
• Creating intuitive and visually stunning user experiences that empower our community.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure your designs are translated into high-quality, delivered products.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned designer with at least four years of experience in UX, UI, and User Research. You should have a deep understanding of the full design lifecycle, from initial interaction concepts to high-fidelity prototyping. Mastery of Figma is essential, as it is our primary design tool. We also look for experience with data-driven insights using tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics. Beyond your technical skills, we value your ability to align design work with business objectives and your proactive approach to identifying new opportunities. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
