At Whop, we are building the essential infrastructure for social commerce. We are currently seeking a mid-level Product Designer to join our team in a full-time capacity at our office in the United States. If you are passionate about creating clean, bold, and creator-focused designs within a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you.
Key outcomes
- Develop intuitive and elegant product experiences, guiding them from initial concept through to final hand-off.
- Translate complex product requirements into clear wireframes, user flows, mockups, and functional prototypes.
- Partner closely with our engineering team to ensure that the final implementation remains true to the original design intent.
- Engage actively in design reviews, where you will both provide and receive constructive, growth-oriented feedback.
- Help maintain and evolve our internal design system and UI component library.
Requirements
- Two to five years of professional experience working as a Product Designer or in a UX/UI role.
- A robust portfolio that clearly showcases your UX thinking and high-quality visual design work.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, specifically regarding the use of components and prototyping.
- The ability to manage the full design lifecycle, ranging from early ideation to delivering pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- The capacity to work independently and manage your time effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience designing social-focused products.
- Proven experience contributing to and scaling a design system.
Compensation
This position offers a minimum cash compensation of 160,000 USD, along with a competitive equity package. We also provide a comprehensive suite of benefits to support your well-being and professional life:
