Product Designer at Happymoney

Now we’re looking for a Product Designer who’s excited to shape the digital experiences that make that impact possible.

Role at a glance

We’re hiring a Mid-Level Product Designer to join our fully distributed Product team on a full-time, remote basis. You’ll work from anywhere, collaborating with colleagues across the country to craft intuitive, polished interfaces for our lending and servicing platforms.

Your impact

• Build and evolve a cohesive, scalable design system and component library that keeps our products consistent as we grow.
• Translate user insights and business goals into high-quality UI/UX solutions that feel thoughtful down to the smallest details.
• Partner closely with engineering to turn designs into production-ready components, iterating quickly and shipping improvements that move key metrics.

What you'll need

You bring at least three years of product design experience, ideally with direct work on design systems or component libraries. You’re fluent in Figma and Sketch, comfortable collaborating with engineers, and confident presenting polished visual work. A consulting background is a plus, but what matters most is a startup mindset: you move fast, stay flexible, and never get too attached to any single idea. You communicate clearly in English, thrive on cross-functional teamwork, and care deeply about the small touches that turn a functional product into a delightful one.
