Product Designer at Thesis*

Welcome to Mezo, the economic layer for Bitcoin. We are building a new home where Bitcoin holders can grow their wealth together through a Bitcoin-first chain focused on user ownership, reliable bridging, and a unique dual staking model. We are part of the Thesis venture studio, the team behind projects like tBTC, Fold, and Taho. We operate as a fully remote, collaborative, and fast-paced team that has been active in the web3 space since 2014.

What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote role open to candidates anywhere, though we have a preference for those in European and American time zones. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Bitcoin by designing intuitive and meaningful interfaces that allow users to access the spending power of their Bitcoin without needing to sell or trade it.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions that align with both business goals and user needs.
• Produce comprehensive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate concepts from initial idea to final engineering hand-off.
• Maintain and scale our design system while supporting usability testing and leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform your design decisions.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have 5 to 8 years of experience in product design, specifically with consumer-facing applications. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a remote environment and possesses the following qualities and skills:

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates both UI design proficiency and a deep understanding of UX methodologies.
• Proven experience taking products from the early stages through to market fit and user adoption.
• A solid background in web3 and cryptocurrency, with a genuine interest in the Bitcoin ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and time management skills, paired with a humble, low-ego approach to collaboration.
• Familiarity with qualitative research and a problem-solving mindset that embraces user feedback.
• Fluency in English to ensure clear collaboration across our distributed team.
