We are building the best way for companies to share data with their customers. Explo is a well-funded, early-stage startup that helps organizations create customer-facing dashboards without needing a full analytics team. As a Senior Product Designer working remotely on a full-time basis, you will shape the look, feel, and usability of our product while helping establish a strong design culture from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product design process, from user research and ideation through prototyping, high-fidelity design, hand-off, and ongoing iteration.
- Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, sales, and customer success to gather input and ensure we build the right features.
- Build design culture and best practices while talking directly with users at every stage of development to improve usability and delight.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience as a product designer.
- Experience or strong interest in designing data-heavy interfaces and no-code experiences.
- Proven ability to work closely with product and engineering teams throughout the design process.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative design process.
- Proficiency with Figma and Notion.
