The role
We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Designer to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Poland. You will play a vital role within our Content Creation team, specifically focusing on our email designer tool. This position is perfect for a designer who is passionate about shaping the future of how marketers leverage AI and creative templates to connect with their audiences.
Core responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to define and refine user experiences across our platform.
- Utilize research, data, and direct customer feedback to validate ideas and define our minimum lovable product.
- Communicate your design vision through wireframes and prototypes while ensuring high-quality standards through design critiques and contributions to our design system.
Skills and experience
- Three to five years of dedicated experience in SaaS product design.
- A strong grasp of information architecture, visual hierarchy, typography, and complex cross-platform flows.
- Proficiency in usability testing and the ability to translate complicated concepts into human-centered, accessible designs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to thrive in an environment where priorities may shift.
- Fluency in English.
