We’re looking for a Product Designer to join ActiveCampaign’s Design team. As a Design team member, you’ll be responsible for working with designers, product managers, engineers, and leaders to design experiences for ActiveCampaign users. Our team strives to create intuitive, efficient, and delightful experiences across every product touchpoint.

This role will be aligned to ActiveCampaign’s Content Creation team with a focus on our email designer. You’ll partner with your team and work across every step of the email creation journey, from creating templates and campaigns to imagining the future of how marketers will leverage AI in their creative process.

What your day could consist of:

Collaborate across teams to define, shape and improve user experiences across the platform

Explore innovative ways in which we can delight our users through thoughtful, intuitive, and holistic experiences

Anchors decisions in data and research. You’ll use research as a key input into problem and solution definition, including metrics to track and measure

Engages with customers throughout the product lifecycle, leveraging feedback for idea validation, design modification, and definition of MLP (minimum lovable product)

Communicate concepts through wireframes, prototypes, and presentations

Test and validate working hypotheses with users through usability testing of wireframes, clickable prototypes, and published product

See projects and initiatives through execution beyond launch and evaluate how it is impacting customers and our business

Gain a deep understanding of how our product works and how it serves our customers

Help define design excellence throughout the platform, aligning our brand in-platform

Set a standard of high-quality design that others can follow and collaborate with Design Systems to ensure sustainable, consistent, and reusable design components and guidelinesParticipate in and/or conduct design critiques

What is needed:

3-5 years of SaaS product design experience

Demonstrates and articulates a strong understanding of information architecture, multi-step and cross-platform flows

Demonstrates and articulates understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy Empathetic and capable of humanizing complicated ideas through design

Experience effectively communicating design vision and rationale with the team and stakeholders

Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, project scope

Exceptional attention to detailDriven, curious, optimistic self-starter

Stellar organization skills Confidence leveraging and contributing to a Design System

Designing for inclusive and accessible experiencesAwareness of industry trends, using insights to shape the user experience

This is an exciting time to join ActiveCampaign as we build out our new office in Poland. You will be a large part of developing our office culture in this new Krakow hub location.
