About the Role

We are hiring a Product Designer to join us full time in a hybrid capacity. In this position you will shape the look, feel, and usability of our enterprise platform, working closely with product and engineering to turn strategic ideas into intuitive digital experiences that customers love.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and build an easy-to-use platform that delivers a seamless experience for users while collaborating daily with product and engineering teams.
• Translate long-term product roadmap concepts into tangible designs that generate excitement and clarity for both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Lead conversations with customers, prospects, and users to validate ideas, uncover requirements, and refine solutions that meet real needs.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience designing enterprise-class applications with a portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end product work from discovery through delivery.
• Strong command of the full design process, including identifying opportunities, forming hypotheses, running experiments, and defining success metrics with cross-functional partners.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in technical environments, plus knowledge of accessibility best practices and responsive design across devices.
• Proven ability to create clear documentation, manage multiple design projects, and maintain an autonomous, data-driven mindset.
• Working knowledge of front-end code is a plus but not required.

Location

This role is open to candidates located anywhere and can be performed in hybrid or fully virtual mode. Local teammates are welcome in the office roughly one to two days per week, while remote teammates join in person two to four times annually for key events.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an annual salary between $125,000 and $135,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include healthcare, dental, and vision coverage, equity grants, and a monthly equipment stipend to support your home setup.
